Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Regional Northeast (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Description:
• The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to leadership by managing scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks.
• This role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to adapt to evolving team needs, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• A proactive approach and a sense of urgency are essential to excel in this position.
Responsibilities:
• Manage extensive scheduling and coordination of meetings.
• Submit multiple monthly expense reports using financial management systems.
• Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Handle event registrations for leadership team members.
• Manage supply and package orders as required.
• Provide occasional support outside standard business hours.
• Assist in managing incoming communications and calls for leadership.
Required Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling tools and calendar management.
• Intermediate familiarity with financial management systems or equivalent software.
• Effective use of collaboration tools for team communication.
• Basic to intermediate skills in spreadsheet management.
Desired Skills:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative based on team needs.
• Skilled at understanding team dynamics and interacting appropriately.
• Responsive and clear communication in both written and verbal formats.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $41/Hr
