Client Overview:

Our client, a cutting edge tech startup in New York City, is seeking to hire a resourceful and diligent Executive Assistant to support their dynamic executive team. The ideal candidate is precise, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30 – $35/hr

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will need to be a skilled administrative professional who can provide a wide range of support services to a small team of executives and other select employees. This Executive Assistant position be a critical role on the team, aiding in making strategic decisions and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

Providing daily administrative support to the executive team including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Organizing and maintaining executive files, documents, and records
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations and proofreading documents for accuracy
Coordinating business travel arrangements and managing expense reports
Assisting with special projects as required

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally in the tech or startup fields
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
