As the Executive Assistant with our Finance team, you are responsible for the professional execution of day-to-day operations and administrative functions for the Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer. In this key role, you will embody the EVP’s brand and represent them throughout interactions with internal and external stakeholders. You will position them for success and efficiency by making thoughtful decisions on activities such as prioritization, presentations, and time management. You play an essential role in the Executive and their team’s efforts to support Premera’s mission.
This is a hybrid position, with on average, 3 days a week onsite at our Mountlake Terrace campus.
+ Manage the effective flow of information between the EVP and key stakeholders to help ensure that key activities are completed, decisions are made, and work continues to move forward.
+ Prepare the EVP for success by managing their time, ensuring easy access to required materials and information, and anticipating needs, challenges and solutions.
+ Familiarize yourself with their preferred style and brand and ensure that communications and execution of work reflect their desired approach and impact.
+ With a keen eye to detail, ensure that presentations and other documents are accurate, impactful and error-free.
+ Ensure that the EVP is enabled to provide timely approvals on key items and, as delegated, provide approvals on their behalf.
+ Continually build credibility with EVP through flawless execution of responsibilities, thoughtful anticipation of EVP’s needs and demonstrated ability to take on new and additional responsibilities.
+ Be part of a team whose collaborative process delivers something that is greater than the sum of its parts.
What you’ll bring
+ 5 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting top level executives, senior managers, or groups of senior managers, at a minimum (required)
+ Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discrete and professional manner
+ Track record of successfully managing core EA work such as planning and coordinating meetings (from inception to completion), managing departmental budgets and invoicing
+ Demonstrated examples of solving problems, and independent decision-making
+ Experience in roles that require high levels of organization, planning, and prioritization
+ Advance Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range:
$67,800.00 - $108,500.00
National Plus Salary Range:
$72,700.00 - $123,600.00
