About Our Client:
Our client is a growing company looking for an energetic and organized Executive Assistant & Marketing Specialist to support senior leadership and manage marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in supporting both administrative and marketing functions to enhance communication and engagement within the company and with clients.
Job Description:
This position combines executive support with marketing tasks, such as managing events and social media, and creating internal communications. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will work closely with the CEO and other team members to drive key efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Communications:
- Plan and execute customer events and gifts for special occasions.
- Update the company website and manage LinkedIn posts.
- Support local advertising and assist with RFP responses.
- Internal Marketing:
- Maintain internal communications (e.g., TV displays, videos).
- Plan and promote internal company events.
- Executive Assistance:
- Coordinate vendor and customer events.
- Schedule and facilitate company meetings.
- Support community outreach and external activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in executive support, marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with website management, social media, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and with senior leadership.
Additional Details:
- Full-time, 100% in-office position.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
- Direct-hire position.
