About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafts correspondence for Client Representative as needed
- Provides dedicated administrative support to Client Representative in a professional, confidential, and organized manner.
- Assists in coordinating client meetings.
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails in a friendly and professional manner.
- Edits and completes first drafts for written communications.
- Sort incoming emails based on their importance and urgency.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- People oriented, outgoing, friendly and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Represent the company’s best interest in all interaction and communication with clients, vendors, and coworkers at all times
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Education or Formal Training: high school diploma or equivalent, minimum
- Minimum of two or more years of experience with administrative duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook required
- Typing efficiency of 40 WPM
Compensation:
- Rate: $18-$25/hr
- 6 Paid Federal Holidays along with the Friday after Thanksgiving and 2 weeks over the Christmas & New Year Holidays
