JOB SUMMARY: The executive assistant provides administrative support to the CEO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Board Management: Manage the board calendar, prepare meeting materials for the Board and committee meetings including resolutions and agendas, coordinate orientation for new board members, managing the board information system and communications, take meeting minutes and ensure execution of resolutions. May require extended hours during board meeting prep to ensure distribution deadlines are met.
Meeting Coordination: Manage CEO calendar and coordinate meetings with senior leadership and other stakeholders, preparing materials as requested.
Information Management: Maintain and organize filing system for important documents records and contacts ensure that the CEO has access to relevant information and documents when needed. Gather relevant operation reports including financials, occupancy, labor variance, etc.
Project Assistance: Assisting the CEO and managing special projects and initiatives, conducting research analyzing data and preparing reports as required.
Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies
This position requires a highly organized detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
