A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
In this position, you provide complete support for the Chief Operating Officer. As a self-starter, you will be interfacing with internal and external management as well as their executive assistants. You'll perform a wide range of complex and confidential tasks. You'll use your professionalism and strong communication skills to handle the all the aspects of this diverse and demanding job.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
- 5+ years of supporting a senior level executive experience
- Experience with Governance and Board
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to track and follow through on multiple tasks and projects timely
- Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
This position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. There are also opportunities to work from home.
