KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Administrative and Office Experience team.
Responsibilities:
Lead or support the practice with events marketing, national practice meetings, finance reporting, and business planning and development
Analyze and address issues by evaluating different alternatives within a wide variety of established procedures
Interact with Business Unit, national leadership and external clients which requires a large amount of diplomacy
Provide administrative support including arranging travel plans and meetings; interact and liaise with members of the functional team, management and external clients and handling of confidential information
Anticipate needs and independently applies a systematic approach toward achieving outcomes that meet the needs of internal clients
Develop an advanced knowledge of the business and be looked to as a "go-to" resource by peers
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and work collaboratively with all levels of employees and clients; skilled in managing schedules for assigned management team
Able to utilize strategic thinking skills to plan for accomplishing work objectives while analyzing data and tailoring reports according to necessary specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; web-based research and database skills; capability to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages
Ability to work in assigned KPMG office two to three days per week

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
