Executive Assistant at Beacon Hill

Our client, a marketing agency located in Brooklyn, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support a team of 5 high level individuals. This role is remote, with the possibility of needing to come into the office on an as needed basis, and the hours are from 9am-6:30pm. This role pays up to $48/hr and is a great opportunity for an established executive assistant to flex their strong skillset.

Responsibilities:

• Managing everything from calendar and travel logistics to daily priorities and internal and external communications.
• Help ensure the team has the time to focus on what's most important while giving the internal teams the attention they need to push initiatives forward.
• Interact with a variety of people, becoming a go-to for everyone from clients and leadership to interdisciplinary teams
• Strategize with those you support to understand their needs, looking ahead to ensure they have ample time to prepare for presentations or speaking engagements and organize materials, agendas, etc.
• Prepare a daily brief of priorities and key information for upcoming meetings, detailing which decisions must be made and information to be reviewed/approved. You'll also manage strategic projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• No degree required
• 5-8+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting a team of professionals
• Great sense of humor, plus strong judgment and communication skills.
• Hyper-organized, resourceful, and an expert at managing multiple priorities, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
