About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join our Legal, Compliance, and Risk ('LCR') team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our General Counsel and other key members of the LCR team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior executives in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will manage the overall daily support needs of the team, including:
•Master complex and proactive calendar management across multiple time zones for our global team.
•Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events, including Committee and Board support.
•Serve as a reliable point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
•Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
•Coordinate document signings and maintain electronic filing systems.
•Showcase advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint) with a willingness to learn new technologies to drive efficiencies.
•Eagerly learn, use, and help develop internal systems that streamline our operations.
•Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless journeys.
•Manage digital filing systems, expense tracking, and reporting with precision.
•Provide cross-coverage and back-up support to other Assistants.
•Assist with ad hoc project work as needed, supporting both the immediate team and broader firm leadership.
Qualifications
•Minimum of 5 years' experience within an administrative role in a professional services organization
•Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion
•Strong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
•Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
•Fastidious detail orientation and overall work quality
•Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes
•Positive, can-do attitude; flexibility; sense of humor

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 55,000 - 100,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
