Executive Assistant
We are currently seeking candidates for an Executive Assistant at a global asset management co. located in Downtown, Boston, MA, 02110.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role in the financial services/asset management industry.
This is a temporary role (est. 8+ months) and will pay up to $33.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
Candidate must be very professional and able to manage time extremely well and meet numerous deadlines each day.
On-site 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Administrative support and client service for assigned Executive/Team
- Global calendar management
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Meeting preparation including gathering and distributing materials
- Take meeting notes
- Create presentations, charts, and spreadsheets for meetings
- Manage filing system and expense reporting
- Assist in day-to-day operations
- Assist in projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in fast paced administrative support role in the financial services/asset management industry (preferred)
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
