Our client is an established investment management firm. They are currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support one of their executives. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to work with a growing company!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$80,000 – $85,000
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting one executive. The ideal Executive Assistant candidate for this opportunity will have prior financial service industry experience and has supported executives.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage the overall daily support needs of the executive
- Complex and proactive calendar management of both professional and personal commitments
- Delivering top-tier, comprehensive travel arrangements, ensuring an impeccably seamless and highly personalized experience
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or events
- Partner with the executive and Human Resources on Year End activities (for example: scheduling performance reviews, compensation discussions, Partner meetings)
- Diligent and effective gatekeeping, triage, and prioritization via phone, email, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external constituencies
- Corporate Card expense tracking and reporting
- Maintain various types of personal and confidential information
- Detailed materials preparation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and other internal systems
- Assist with ad hoc projects and other work as required
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Experience working in the financial services, investment management, or professional service industry is ideal
- Proven experience in executive travel coordination is required
- Strong detail orientation, diligence, and work ethic
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
