About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Support to VP and Other Leaders: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President and other senior leaders as needed.
- Calendar Management: Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Onsite and Offsite Scheduling: Plan and schedule onsite and offsite meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
- Presentation and Document Preparation: Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
- Confidential Information Handling: Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Project Management: Manage small projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with prior experience supporting C-level executives.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Professional Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
