Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant in the College Park, MD area.
Job Description:
The contractor will provide project and administrative support that will include but not be limited to the following:
· Provide the Front Office and Resources Division with administrative support for a variety of business and administrative processes, including, but not limited to: official action tracking, travel process tracking and prime liaison with the HQ regarding all the travel and actions, official document tracking, publication submission and review tracking, foreign national tracking and other activities, as required. The individual will issue assigned actions, collect information and responses, update and manage tools tracking information to be used for management decision making, and close out actions, where appropriate.
- In consultation and in support of the Director, Deputy Director, and Chief of Staff, manage the development, issuance, and maintenance of organizational directives, standard operating procedures, and business processes and policies. This may include establishing directories and repositories for these documents that are accessible to the organization.
- Support the Director and Deputy Director in issuing actions, compiling responses, and providing insight into data and information to inform strategic and tactical initiatives related to budget, hiring, and program management challenges.
- When possible, analyze issues and roadblocks in business and administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with maintaining the agency agreement folders and tracking spreadsheets.
- Under guidance of the agreement lead, review agreement documentation for compliance and requirements. Identify areas requiring additional review or changes. Support the agreement efforts with other related activities.
- Assist with maintaining and processing the agency Agreements. Entering all the agreements into the agreements database. Working with other line offices and Agencies in the processing of the agency agreements. Track the agency Agreement process from cradle to grave.
- The position requires familiarity and comfort with using provided tools to track administrative and business processes as well as the ability to improve efficiency, and efficacy of those tools.
