We're looking for a thorough and disciplined Executive Administrative Assistant to support Mr. Ryan Mainey (President of Elemental Practice Development and contract facilitator for a few other businesses) in organizing his thoughts, tracking his commitments/follow-throughs, and staying on top of his demanding schedule. We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant with the following qualities:
- Swiss Army Knife a quick, adaptable learner capable of managing projects, customer service, and organization, and has excellent writing skills. Medical field experience is a bonus!
- Self-Starter and Strong Finisher a confident, detail-oriented individual who can use initiative to start/complete tasks independently. Use your superpowers to submit your cover letter marked with the word "Burnout" in red to stand out from the crowd (cover letter submission requests will be emailed after your application has been processed).
- Tech-Savvy and Organized proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva is key, as well as creating/implementing automation tools and job aids.
- Presenter Prepper someone who can proactively coordinate presentation material (content, logistics, and materials) to ensure seamless execution for clients.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing Ryan's calendar, email, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Facilitating communication between Ryan's contacts and partners.
- Preparing for meetings by researching contacts in advance, creating agendas, taking notes, and performing relevant follow-ups.
- Assisting Ryan with miscellaneous admin tasks as they arise based on his roles as HOA President and Rotary Membership Director.
- Maintaining Ryan's sales pipeline/workflow and tracking correspondence with prospects.
- Create, manage, and schedule social media posts, weekly emails, and all other digital marketing tasks (after the first 90 days).
What we offer is a flexible, high-energy work environment with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. We're looking for someone who is available about 20 hours per week. This hybrid role is primarily virtual, but availability for weekly in-person check-ins is ideal. The pay range is $23 - $26/hour (1099 contract work) based on experience.
