Genesis10 is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with our client in their Washington, DC location. This is a 6 month + contract hybrid remote position. MUST be onsite at least 3 days a week (Tues/Weds/Thurs).

- Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership team.
- This role involves managing a variety of administrative tasks, facilitating communication between senior leadership, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to handle confidential information, work independently, and provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on tasks and requests.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the integrity of sensitive business matters.
- Coordinate and plan executive events, board meetings, and off-site gatherings, ensuring logistical efficiency and attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of high-level presentations, financial reports, and strategic documents.
- Manage special projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and administrative staff to ensure cohesive support across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Pay rate range: $41.37 - $48.27 hourly.
