Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Job Summary: The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to 2-3 executive leaders, ensuring efficient operation and communication within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
