3. Summary of the opportunity
- Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company that supports independent software vendors and partners to make a global impact.
- Role Summary: As an Executive Administrative Assistant, your main objective will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to two VP level executives, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense reconciliation. Your role will contribute to the smooth functioning of the team and play a vital part in supporting the executives' day-to-day activities.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Support travel arrangements, including domestic and international bookings
- Handle expense reporting and reimbursement processes
- Maintain records and files, including corporate documents and reports
- Read and distribute memos, reports, and other incoming communications
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings and events
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Outlook calendar and email support
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel and expense reporting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- M365/office certifications, particularly in Outlook
- Prior experience working with executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
