Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our VP of Sales and Sales Executive Team. The EAA will manage a wide range of advanced administrative and executive support-related tasks and must be able to work independently within guidelines, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
- Provide administrative support to the VP of Sales and Sales Executive Team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
- Prepare and review sales reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Conduct research as assigned
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, ideally in a sales environment
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and sales tools (CRM, MS Office Suite, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with handling confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., such as office supplies and files
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Occasional need to travel to off-site meetings or events
- Comfort with performing tasks that may involve some physical exertion, such as organizing supplies or setting up meetings
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $60,000 and $70,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
