Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team in New Development Residential Sales. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our team and supporting our leader in driving the business forward. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and computer skills, exceptional communication abilities (Multilingual a plus) , and a keen eye for detail. Experience in real estate, particularly in residential sales, is highly preferred.
Real Estate Licensed Preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the team leader, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between team leader and clients, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
Document Management: Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives, providing administrative assistance and ensuring timely completion.
Technology Proficiency: Utilize various software and tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Proficiency with Real Estate Marketing platforms a plus.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.- Strong administrative and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in the real estate sector, particularly in residential sales, is highly preferred.
