Job Title: Events Specialist
Location: Annapolis, MD Hybrid
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a local non-profit organization seeking a event coordinator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sponsorship activations and deliver superior client service.
- Oversee event budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Coordinate event giveaways, brochures, and flyers using project management tools.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of contracts.
- Manage sponsorship tools including training and collaboration.
- Invoice and oversee sponsorship revenue collection.
- Coordinate shipping for all event marketing materials.
- Collaborate across teams to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, conference planning, or association management with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with event management platforms.
