Salumeria 104 Group & Casalina restaurant are seeking a team member to work as an Event/Banquet Sales Coordinator! This team member is an integral part of our sales team and will be responsible for answering all inquiries regarding our spaces offering banquets and special events. Salumeria 104 Group & Casalina restaurant is part of a growing company with four (5) successful restaurants in Florida and looking to expand!

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of restaurant events, including private parties, corporate meetings, and weddings.
- Responding to inquiries and booking appointments.
- Contract negotiations, closing & booking.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide personalized recommendations.
- Building client relationships.
- Manage event timelines, ensuring all elements are executed on schedule.
- Conducting on-site walk-through appointments.
- Manage the event coordination and detailing to the General Manager approximately 1 week prior to the event date.
- Creation and finalization of BEO
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to create tailored menus that meet guests' dietary preferences.
- Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring all materials and decor are in place.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients leading up to and during events, addressing a variety of needs and requests.
- Monitor event budgets and provide cost estimates to clients to ensure transparency.
Requirements
- 5 years previous experience in event coordination or hospitality management is required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- A passion for food and an understanding of restaurant operations.
- Creative problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges during events.
- Familiarity with Tripleseat highly preferred.
- Multi-Unit experience with a proven track-record of at least $500k + a Year in events revenue generated across the board and in a different market share.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year base salary + Commission
