As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Evening Supervisor/Assistant Account Manager to join our team and help us maintain excellence during our evening operations.

Position Overview:

As the Evening Supervisor/Assistant Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing evening operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising evening cleaning teams, maintaining quality standards, covering open shifts, and serving as a key point of contact for client accounts during evening hours.

Work Schedule:

• Approximately 5 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise evening cleaning teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Conduct routine quality control inspections and address any operational issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during evening hours, addressing inquiries, feedback, and service adjustments.
• Assist the main account manager with scheduling, reporting, and client account management as needed.
• Provide hands-on support to cleaning teams as necessary to meet service demands.
• Cover open shifts to ensure uninterrupted service for clients when staffing shortages occur.
• Train and mentor evening staff to maintain compliance with company standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in the janitorial or related industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work evenings (5 PM to 1 AM) and occasional weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites from Pompano to Jupiter.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs (email, scheduling software, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience with client relationship management.
• Knowledge of cleaning processes, equipment, and products.
