Estimator / Project Manager (Residential Construction)

Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate client communications, decisions, and inquiries to ensure high client satisfaction. 
• Schedule and manage subcontractors and vendors, conduct site meetings and ensure timely completion of tasks. 
• Perform accurate cost estimates, procure necessary bids, determine all project costs, and aid in writing proposals. 
• Assist Sales and Production teams in confirming client expectations, finalizing material selections, and ordering materials. 
• Assist in pricing and managing change orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and approved. 
• Maintain project schedules, ensure site cleanliness, and coordinate all aspects of project completion. 
• Regularly update clients on project schedules and address any concerns promptly.
• Ensure all work is performed according to contract specifications, city codes, and Amadeo Construction standards. 

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry (+5 years).
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Proven experience in residential remodeling and renovation is required.
• Excellent estimating skills with attention to detail. 
• Proficient in using project management and estimating software. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. 
• OSHA and or PMP certification is a plus 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

Salary and Benefits: 

• Full Time 
• Salary at $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
