Primary Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Demonstrate leadership in coordinating teams to develop large, multi-disciplinary estimates.
• Accurately determine labor and equipment costs.
• Prepare precise quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics, schedules, and bid documents to assess project risks.
• Review quotes and estimates with the project team.
• Develop estimates at various levels of completion (conceptual, schematic, DD, CD, etc.).
• Lead pre-construction efforts, including meetings with owners, clients, and engineers.
• Act as a liaison between the company, owner, and architect.
• Foster leadership, motivation, and communication among owners, subcontractors, and project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Experience managing large multi-million-dollar projects exceeding $25M.
• Proficiency in estimating software and advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles.
• Understanding of horizontal and infrastructure projects.
