3# Qualifications and Skills

• Perform a range of advanced treatments across Laser Hair Removal, Body, and Skin treatments
• Be an ambassador for Thérapie Clinic, providing an enthusiastic and memorable client experience at all times
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, educating and informing yourself on new products and services available and introducing these to your clients
• Drive sales across the clinic through upselling and cross-selling of products and services, ensuring KPIs are achieved
• Work with our medical experts to develop a specific treatment and aftercare plan for clients
• Front of House duties which include customer service, stock management, and merchandising standards
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization
• Learn the business by attending and participating in team meetings, to understand clinic targets, promotion, and priorities
• Ensure the health and safety of clients at all times when performing treatments
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times
• Ensuring clients' profiles are up to date with the relevant information
• Providing expert advice to clients and full product and service offering

4# Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Esthetician or similar role with an Esthetician license.
•  Experience with sales and targets.
• Embrace rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends (with alternating weekends off).
