Estate Planning Attorney - LHH

Mid-level estate planning attorney in need for the Naples office of a well-known law firm. The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and be barred to practice in Florida. This position focuses on the following responsibilities:

Drafting a range of estate planning documents

Advising clients on wealth transfer tax strategies and business succession strategies

Advising fiduciaries in estate planning administration matters

Reviewing and preparing federal estate gift and fiduciary income tax returns

Direct client interaction
