Job Details
Our client is seeking is seeking an estate planning attorney for its trust and estate group. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex matters in a firm that offers a collegial atmosphere and a team oriented approach to meeting our client’s needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, as well as advising clients on estate and tax strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing practice with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Advise clients on tax implications, asset protection, and estate administration.
Develop customized estate plans based on clients’ goals and needs.
Assist with trust administration and probate matters.
Stay current on changes in estate planning laws and tax regulations.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee
2+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and/or probate law preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Client-focused with a compassionate approach to legal matters.
