Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our well-established firm, with two locations located in Philadelphia and Marlton. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality legal services to clients in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, trusts, last wills and testaments, and gift planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive estate plans, advising clients on various estate planning strategies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

1. Draft, review, and revise various estate planning documents including but not limited to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills.
2. Provide legal advice to clients on the structure and implementation of estate plans, including asset protection and gift planning strategies.
3. Conduct thorough legal research to stay updated on current laws and regulations related to estate planning and asset protection.
4. Work closely with clients to understand their estate planning goals and objectives and provide tailored legal solutions.
5. Collaborate with tax professionals and financial advisors to optimize estate planning strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
6. Assist clients in the administration of trusts and estates.
7. Represent clients in probate court proceedings as necessary.
8. Maintain a high level of professional conduct and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. (PA and/or NJ)
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, asset protection, and gift planning.
4. Strong knowledge of estate planning strategies, tax laws, and asset protection.
5. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
