Escrow Officer - Fidelity National Financial

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking an Escrow Officer to join its Temecula, CA office. In this position the Escrow Officer must have a Book of Business.

Managing the escrow process during real estate transactions, acting as a neutral third party to ensure all conditions of the sale are met. Handle the collection and disbursement of funds, prepare and review closing documents, ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, and facilitate the transfer of ownership. Additionally, coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties to ensure a smooth transaction. Ensures that all necessary legal documents are signed and recorded properly.
