We celebrate individual achievements, support growth, and strengthen our competitive edge. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for the duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Completing residential real estate transactions from start to finish, including curative work, assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents, disbursing funds, and recording documents.
- Performing all tasks and functions of the Escrow Receptionist and Assistant Escrow Officer.
- Completing routine residential resale, refinance, or builder escrow transactions.
- Depositing escrow funds, preparing disbursements, and balancing all escrow-related accounts.
- Performing general office functions as necessary.
- Effectively soliciting escrow and title business from Realtors, lenders, builders, sellers, and buyers.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals through social, professional, civic, and community groups to promote the goodwill of the company and develop future business.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of closing experience.
- Expert knowledge of Texas residential real estate, title insurance, and endorsements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage complex residential real estate transactions.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent customer service skills, professional written and oral communication skills, and the ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
Salary Range: $65000 - $75000
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
