Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 1 - Sodexo

Sodexo Seniors is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 1  for Jenner's Pond, a large upscale continuing care retirement community located in West Grove, Pennsylvania.  This Environmental Services Manager will report to General Manager and assist in overseeing the housekeeping and laundry operations for 2 buildings on campus.  Typical shift will be 7:00-4:00pm, and on call some weekends. 

Are you the experienced Environmental Services/Housekeeping Manager we’re seeking?

We are looking for a candidate who:

• have 2 or more years of environmental service management experience;
• have knowledge of  general housekeeping standards and floor care knowledge;
• has the ability to develop and motivate a team of 15+ hourly employees to exceed the expectations of clients and residents;
• schedules, training, ordering and assignment of duties;
• have the ability to work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion; and/or
• has experience improving resident satisfaction, and driving full compliance to local, state and federal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• responsible for driving client and resident satisfaction scores;
• provides direct handling of incoming calls, follow-up and other administrative duties / tasks as needed;
• supporting payroll and HR functions of reviewing hourly employees within Kronos, hiring, counseling, training; and/or
• supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
