What are we looking for?

The Senior Project Manager will support the Building and Construction business by overseeing the Environmental projects in the Ohio, Pennsylvania & Michigan Region.

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (may vary)

What you'll do:

• Managing Asbestos, Lead Paint, IAQ & Industrial Hygiene Related Services
• Managing Environmental Site Assessments -Phase I/II and III Experience
• Ability to prepare technical proposal and reports
• Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule
• Ability to self-manage and make decisions during all phases of a project
• Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationships with clients

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• BS in Biology is required
• 25+ years of environmental consulting industry related experience
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health
• Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist - OH, PA & MI
• Asbestos Management Planner - OH, IN, KY, PA & MI
• Asbestos Hazard Abatement Project Designer - OH, IN, KY, PA & MI
• NIOSH 7400 PCM Certified
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Must be able to perform tasks in varying field/office conditions.
• Must be computer literate and able to operate most field/office equipment relating to one's discipline.
• Strong technical proposal and report writing abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record required
