Job Details
We are looking for an environmental associate with 3-6 years of experience for our Boston, Connecticut, or New York offices. The role will focus on environmental, health, and safety matters with a heavy emphasis on litigation, including regulatory enforcement, state EPA and OSHA compliance, permitting, remediation, and transactional work (M&A, due diligence). Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple practice groups. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing practice with a partner who has a robust national business and a focus on high-stakes litigation. Must be barred in MA, CT, or NY.
