Entry Level Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Create engaging sales presentations to execute with fellow team members 
• Build lasting rapport with our clients and their customers 
• Assist with training new team members
• Handle customer inquiries and assist with any troubleshooting
• Track and report all relevant sales data 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Degree or coursework in a related field preferred 
• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally and empathetically with customers
• Clear, professional communication to support the sales team, communicate with clients, and communicate product or service information to customers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, especially under tight deadlines
• Ensuring that sales data, customer information, and follow-ups are accurate and organized and up to date
