Entry Level Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create engaging sales presentations to execute with fellow team members
- Build lasting rapport with our clients and their customers
- Assist with training new team members
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with any troubleshooting
- Track and report all relevant sales data
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree or coursework in a related field preferred
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally and empathetically with customers
- Clear, professional communication to support the sales team, communicate with clients, and communicate product or service information to customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, especially under tight deadlines
- Ensuring that sales data, customer information, and follow-ups are accurate and organized and up to date
