Entry Level Marketing Assistant - Full Training - Insider Disinfecting

Out Marketing Assistant position is going to be supporting the marketing and sales team to assist in the creation of marketing materials and outreach strategies for our clients. Our Marketing Assistants work directly with our clients to find the most fundamental ways of marketing their services. Our company is known for its fun and passionate team, and we are excited to welcome new associates to our close-knit office.

The main goal is to assist the campaign managers to expedite the marketing collateral for our partnerships and clients. We work with expanding brands and household names to reach the marketing goals and brand ambitions.

Essential Functions of the Marketing Assistant:

• Learning all knowledge of the products and services to give the customer proper pricing, packages and client promotions
• Participation in morning meetings including role-play scenarios, product knowledge, and psychology of sales/ customer service behavior training
• Approaching the customers in a friendly manner while presenting the value of our products and services
• Conducting one on one sales-based interactions with our small B2B clients
• process external marketing requests to support the campaign as a whole
• Building, maintaining and managing account relationships through interaction with customers and team members
• Collaborating with each department in our office to help support and create solutions as a team
• Provide any administrative support such as compliance or generating a customer's order

Education & Experience Needed:

• BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work well amongst a team
• Efficient communication skills both verbally and written
• Have an ambitious and creative mindset
• Ability to start the position within 1-2 weeks
