Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture positive relationships with clients, understanding their goals and offering solutions
• Act as the primary manager of client accounts, addressing inquiries and offering support when needed
• Work with the sales and customer service team to be able to work with customers directly daily, assist with services and process sales orders
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently and resolve any concerns
• Track client progress, manage key performance metrics, and provide insightful updates to clients
• Collect and share client feedback to help improve products and optimize client satisfaction
• Proactively identify and address any challenges in the client experience to maintain high service standards
