We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Marketing Coordinator who is detail-oriented and can juggle tasks amidst constant interruption. This individual will assist the Call Center Manager & CMO by pulling reports, entering data, taking calls and helping coordinate team events. With DaBella's fast paced environment this is a critical role in supporting a team of over 100 employees.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: M-F 7:30-4:00PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Track results of call center production and report results to payroll
- Track progress with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists
- Track monthly/daily bonuses for Call Center Dialers/Confirmers
- Keep accurate records and documentation of Marketing production
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Monitor and adjusts time cards for the Marketing department
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email, email scheduling tools, internet, and internet-based applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Project a professional demeanor always
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
