You will be responsible for creating and implementing internal and external consumer communication and work with customers in a retail setting to process a customers full sales cycle. Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Manager:

• Manage and service existing customer relationships through direct and in person contact
• Process all sales orders by engaging directly with customers and answering an inquiries
• Answer all potential customers questions in a professional manner and gain exceptional knowledge of services to be an expert
• Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care; remembering we are the face for our clients and the services they provide
• Be a problem solver – find creative solutions to issues
• Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided within our company
