You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction while handling data entry tasks. • Handle outbound B2B sales calls to build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage inbound sales calls, assisting customers with product inquiries and order placements.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client needs professionally and promptly.
• Accurately enter customer data, sales orders, and account details into the system.
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Support branch operations by collaborating with team members and other departments.
• Maintain an organized workspace to ensure smooth call center operations.

• Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computer systems.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish and English speaking).

  • Prior experience in a call center or B2B sales environment.
