Job Summary
Getty seeks an experienced, collaborative leader with extensive experience managing enterprise applications to lead Getty’s Enterprise Applications team. This team of talented product managers, business systems analysts and ERP engineers supports the lion’s share of the Getty’s business application needs through the implementation and management of software technologies. Solutions supported in this area include HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, ERP, IT Service Management (Help Desk, Asset Management, etc.), Facilities Inventory / Work Order Management, Grants Management, and more.
The chosen candidate joins Getty at the forefront of a nearly $100M multi-year digital roadmap, which includes a significant investment to transform Getty’s enterprise applications, identity and access management infrastructure, IT Service Management, data analytics capacity, and operational efficiency and service offerings. To support this critical investment, this role is also tasked with working closely with the Portfolio & Project Management Officer (PPMO) as projects are initiated and executed to select and implement new enterprise applications. They will also be critical to our success as we implement new self-service offerings to the Getty user community.
This position will report to the Deputy Chief Information Officer and will participate as a member to that person’s management team, etc.

Major Job Responsibilities
Getty Digital Strategic Partner
- Ensures the delivery of the strategic objectives of the Getty 2.5 reorganization and the multi-year roadmap as the organization moves from OnPrem to the Cloud
- Develops and nurtures trusting partnerships with business sponsors and department leads to understand, advise, implement and maintain technology solutions that support their mission, goals and business processes.
- Ensures that projects to fulfill those goals are realistically planned, scoped, resourced, and executed by the Getty Digital’s IT project and product managers and their teams.
- Leads, in partnership with the Portfolio Project Management Officer (PPMO) and our business partners, and help oversee end-to-end HCM and ERP, IT Service Management and other key system implementation projects.
- Working closely with the Data Analytics team ensures the effective delivery of data analytics and reporting solutions to our key users, empowering them to make data-driven decisions. This includes developing dashboards, performance metrics, and customized reports tailored to specific departmental needs.
- Works with other digital teams to plan and secure resources for in-house tasks such as software developers, system administrators, DBAs, etc.
- Develops, influences, and communicates application product road maps with business owners
- Partners with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements, streamline workflows and enhance the user
- Working with our Sr. Security Digital Security Officer, establishes data governance frameworks that ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all enterprise
- Ensures that applications in the department are properly maintained, secure, perform well and stay in compliance with Getty Digital’s supported technical architecture and
- Ensures that relevant software vendor relationships and contracts are managed professionally and effectively and ensures that all systems meet contractual obligations
A Strong Manager and Administrator
- Motivates, trains and mentors the team of product managers and business analysts in the performance of their duties.
- Works closely with Getty Procurement, product vendors and external service providers to manage third party applications
- Manages departmental and project-related budgets
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 to 10 years of supervisory and applications management experience
- Proficiency with standard business software
Getty seeks someone with 7-10 or more years of experiences in a senior IT managerial role leading technology support team in an ITSM environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing and communicating on large IT initiatives that have broad organizational scope and impact
- Demonstrated technical experience selecting, implementing, managing and optimizing software applications across a variety platforms and technologies as well as a clear
- Demonstrated experience working with modern SaaS enterprise software products, especially HR/HCM, Payroll, ERP and Timekeeping
- Demonstrated experience in implementing new ERP system integrations and migrations as well as other key enterprise programs
- Extensive experience developing and maintaining vendor relationships across various ongoing projects
- Experience developing and managing software and hardware contracts
- Demonstrated technical understanding of software data integrations via API, Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) or other data interfaces
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment and manage multiple/complex projects and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, evaluating, developing and managing staff with a keen awareness around diversity, equity, accessibility and inclusion
- Experience managing departmental and project budgets
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal at all levels of the organization
- High level of tact, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Someone adept in change management working effectively in an evolving information technology organization that is focused on better automation and key programs to better serve the organization
