Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Administrator/Developer

Are you ready to help move us forward? UTA is looking for an Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Administrator/Developer!

The position entails the following:

• Provides information systems planning and support of Utah Transit Authority’s Enterprise Resource Planning system and systems/interfaces with the ERP system.
• Develops/implements project plans for ERP and related system design changes and major ERP Integration Software to improve quality, usefulness, and efficiency.
• Performs project management activities associated with design and implementation of these systems and associated technologies.
• Works with peers within I.T. to support the development, implementation, maintenance, and integrity of data and processes within the ERP and other major systems.
• Manages systems in support of company and department objectives and other information needs, such as:

• Maintaining systems software and workflows
• Recommending and auditing application security
• Authorizing access and access flows
• Writing standard/custom reports

Develops using Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement applications. Assists JDE Developers in data quality reviews, providing recommendations as needed, and designing/testing interfaces between systems as needed. Maintains confidential information in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations. Assists in training on understanding functions and utilizing ERP and related systems.

Pay Range: $89,000 - $107,000 (based on experience)

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Educated in current technologies in data management or Business Systems administration and major ERP Integration Software systems administration preferred.
• Five years in ERP application support, technical operations, technical product support, and/or operations.
• Preferred experience in WorkDay, Laserfiche, SharePoint Online, or equivalent application certifications.
• Must have a minimum of one-year development education and one year of professional development experience in the following areas:

• C#
• MS Reporting Services (SSRS) report writing.

Must have developed simple to moderately complex software programs, workflows, or integrations from customer specs to user sign-off. Experience conducting workflow analysis, designing business systems, evaluating system changes, and vendor management/package selection. Experience in project management.
