My client is an innovative AI SaaS company that enables businesses to enhance their products by utilizing real-time customer feedback. Their platform leverages advanced AI technology to compile feedback from various sources—such as surveys, reviews, support interactions, and product usage data—across multiple languages. This insight helps organizations identify and address user friction points that can significantly boost product quality, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
The co-founders have a decade of collaboration under their belts, having successfully exited their previous startup and earning respect within the customer feedback industry.
In the role of Account Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting the already established sales foundation by reaching out to potential contacts linked to high-value accounts. Your responsibilities will include crafting outreach emails, making phone calls, and utilizing social media to connect with these prospects using effective messaging. As a brand ambassador for the company, you will guide customers through their initial experiences with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage targeted account lists.
- Generate new business meetings, qualify prospects, build sales pipelines, and drive deals in collaboration with the Sales Development team.
- Ensure a positive customer experience for prospects and clients.
- Maintain regular engagement with prospects through creative follow-ups in Salesforce.com.
- Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound communications.
- Conduct qualification meetings with potential customers.
- Accurately log daily activities and prospect information in Hubspot.
- Analyze sales data to propose new outreach strategies.
- Offer suggestions for enhancing external communications and internal processes.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
About You:

- 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
- Previous experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo is preferred.
Bay area candidates who can travel to the office 3 days per week will be reviewed.
