Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and testing of RF architectures, including test fixtures and benches.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize and standardize testing processes.
- Support the integration of new technologies to enhance performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair RF modules and assemblies at the component level.
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct Design Validation Testing (DVT) and Qualification activities.
- Maintain and repair equipment and fixtures as required.
- Build PCB prototypes and support engineering teams in multi-disciplinary tasks.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Associates degree in electronics and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with RF systems and test equipment (e.g., Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators).
- Hands-on manufacturing or engineering environment experience.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Familiarity with RF measurements (e.g., bandwidth, gain, selectivity).
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electronic systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
- Strong soldering skills (J-STD-001 certification preferred).
- Experience with military standards (MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704) and LabVIEW programming is a plus.
