Engineering Technician - Expert Staffing

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems and electrical components, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The main responsibility of the Engineering Technician is to collect circuit board line rejects, troubleshoot them, and organize them by part number. 

Engineering Technician Job Duties:

• Assemble and fabricate mechanical and electrical components according to specifications
• Troubleshoot and document warranty returns
• Organize and troubleshoot production line
• Set Up, Operate, Maintain and document test results of prototypes
• Assemble and test low volume production
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to build prototypes and production units..
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in existing systems and recommend solutions.
• Collect data during testing phases to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve product designs and manufacturing processes.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven Manufacturing/Engineering Experience
• Associates degree in Electronics or 2 years of relative experience
• Strong understanding of Excel
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in assembling complex systems.
• Familiarity with hand tools, fabrication techniques, and soldering practices.
