Engineering Technical Lead at Mastech Digital

Role Description: The Engineering Technical Lead must have at least 0-5+ years of experience. In this role, you will be the primary Engineering/Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the C&Q team and should have extensive background in testing execution and systems integration (ideally with cell & gene therapy applications, single-use technology). 

You will provide technical SME input to equipment lifecycle documents such as URSs and EDRAs, lead Design Review/Design Qualification efforts, assist with managing the larger C&Q team, and coordinate with key teams (Engineering, Automation, CSV) to plan and manage testing efforts.

These three individuals will be considered leads and shall lay a foundation for the C&Q team. They should have experience which strongly aligns with the success of Project Albacore C&Q scope and are expected to remain as full-time, on-site resources throughout the duration of the entire project. They will be responsible for preparing and sharpening project controls, developing equipment URS, establishing equipment lifecycle & test document templates within Kneat, and completing Equipment & Design Risk Assessments (EDRAs) ahead.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
