PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $35- $40 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Description:
- Materials are coming in for evaluation. They will gather, do the paperwork, do some research to verify data; and then perform the testing of the materials (mechanical/analytical equipment/chemicals).
- Analyze and interpret results.
- Create a report with the results for the engineers to review.
- They will work with both the lab technicians and engineers.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot analytical equipment.
- Suggest process improvement.
- Follow safety procedures.
- Order suppliers, keep lab environment neat.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
- Able to analyze and interpret the data
- Experience working in a hands-on laboratory environment involving hazardous chemicals and conditions
- Practical knowledge of Materials and Process Engineering lab or similar background. (2-6 years)
- Familiar with Quality processes, and industry standards such as ASTM, ICP, and ISO
