Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, identifying critical dates and milestones for all key disciplines.
- Maintain and populate project communication documents with relevant data, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, accounting, engineering, purchasing, and production personnel.
- Contribute to the development of Project Scope Documents, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure project design and execution adhere to scope-of-work documentation.
- Foster effective communication with customer representatives, providing regular project status updates.
- Exercise vigilant cost control and management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cultivate a culture of professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction within the team.
- Conduct post-project reviews and propose recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the Project Management team as required, contributing to collective success.
- Up to 15% travel as part of the role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership skills and a natural inclination for taking charge.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred qualifications include experience managing projects in manufacturing or construction environments, understanding of automated process equipment and controls, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and working knowledge of industrial contracts and specifications.
Salary: $90,000-$95,000
