Job Details
Develop a Quality vision and strategy coupled with policies, processes, and procedures that support our vision
Manage and Supervise Team of Engineers
Track and document the status of all engineering projects, including domestic and international engineering teams, and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as operations, quality control, and supply chain building a collaborative environment advancing the Company’s objectives
Guide evaluating the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, etc., aspects of product designs
Define, modify, and finalize product specifications
Identify needs and sourcing, implementing and maintaining engineering-related software
Develop, coach and mentor the engineering team, including external training when appropriate.
Identify engineering resource and staffing gaps
Based on the vision, make recommendations and assist with filling these needs.
Manage all regulatory and third-party approvals
Develop and manage the Engineering Budget
Identify opportunities for process improvements in all areas of responsibility
Propose improvement plans and work to implement partnering with all stakeholders
Requirements:
5+ years of Engineering Management Experience
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Ability to Lead Team
Willing to Travel
