The engineer will work closely withtechnicians, operators, and other engineers daily to address and resolve issuesas they arise. In addition to immediate troubleshooting, they will beresponsible for identifying and implementing mid-term process improvements forthe equipment. The ideal candidate will take a systematic and methodicalapproach to problem-solving, ensuring sustainable solutions. They are expectedto proactively drive machinery enhancements to improve reliability, efficiency,and overall performance.
