Provides engineering support to a manufacturing process,project or function. Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuousimprovements and cost efficiencies. Supports NPI and new equipment/processintroductions. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use ofjudgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to workindependently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a universitydegree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of owndiscipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practiceand previous experience. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent andno experience.

2nd is an onsite interview with a panel of 3-4 people.Temp to perm or just contract Contract Can you give us an overview of theproject this resource would be working on and what the day-to-day activitieswould look like This project focuses on supporting a recently installed pieceof automated assembly equipment. The engineer will work closely withtechnicians, operators, and other engineers daily to address and resolve issuesas they arise. In addition to immediate troubleshooting, they will beresponsible for identifying and implementing mid-term process improvements forthe equipment. The ideal candidate will take a systematic and methodicalapproach to problem-solving, ensuring sustainable solutions. They are expectedto proactively drive machinery enhancements to improve reliability, efficiency,and overall performance.
